Inside is a totally renovated interior with open kitchen, dining and living room with gas fireplace. Enclosed 3 season porch off kitchen with outside deck and patio with fire pit. Second floor has three bedrooms and 2 baths. Amazing sunrises and sunsets!! 15 min drive to downtown Portsmouth and 20 min to several beaches.
