Summary: I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was far from what was advertised. From the moment I arrived, the staff felt unfriendly and unhelpful. Any questions or concerns I brought up were met with short, dismissive answers, and I never felt genuinely welcomed. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because their website clearly listed a pool as one of the amenities. After checking in, I discovered there was no pool at all— closed for maintenance. That felt misleading and frustrating. The breakfast was also a big letdown. The items that were out did not seem fresh at all; some pastries were stale, and the fruit looked like it had been sitting out for days. It definitely wasn’t the “fresh breakfast” they claimed online. Overall, between the poor customer service, misleading amenities, and subpar breakfast, I would not recommend staying here. There are plenty of other options nearby that actually deliver on what they promise.
