"Cowboy's Cabana" - Detached Suite w/ Pool & Porch | House in Fort White

Enjoy this stay with a private pool as well as free access to our neighborhood's parks on the Santa Fe and Ichetucknee River's. Not to mention fresh chicken eggs from the coop!
THE SPACE
Cowboys Cabana is a private/detached guest suite in our backyard. It is small and compact, but will have everything you need to have a wonderful stay! It has a unique layout, but is most similar to a small mother in law suite or small hotel room with a kitchenette. Also included is a screened in porch with seating, a beautiful greenhouse that serves as a lounge area, a fire pit, and private access to our screened in pool just steps away!
The Bedroom: Queen size bed, will fit two adults or an adult and a child. If you are traveling with a young child there is just enough room to squeeze in a travel crib. Small dresser, luggage stand and a 42 inch TV with Amazon Fire TV.
The Kitchenette: Includes a dining counter with bar stools, a fridge, microwave, two burner electric stove, toaster oven, sink, dish drying rack, Keurig coffee maker, all basic kitchen/cooking items.
The Bathroom: Includes a sink, toilet and compact stall shower.
The Porch: Screened in, includes a patio table and chairs.
The Greenhouse: Includes a 32" inch TV with Amazon Fire TV, a patio couch, chair, coffee table and hammock seat.
The Pool: Screened in, includes an umbrella covered patio table, chairs and a hammock. The pool is not heated.
GUEST ACCESS
Cowboy's Cabana is only two blocks from a private neighborhood park on the Ichetucknee River and less than 1 mile from Ichetucknee Springs State Park! We are also less than a mile (walking distance in our safe neighborhood) from the Santa Fe River, and only 10 miles to the Suwannee River!
Just a short drive to High Springs, Lake City and Branford, FL and some of the most beautiful springs Florida has to offer. Just to name a few, these include Gilchrist Blue Springs State Park, Ginnie Springs, and Troy Spring!
Also, please note that the driveway is not paved.
We have tubes available for only $5 a day and kayaks for $15 a day! Save money, and don't bother with waiting in the rental line at Ichetucknee Springs!

Dogs are allowed, but prior notice and a description of your dog is required, as well adherence to our pet policy.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Pet Policy:
- We love dogs, but these rules are important :)
- Dog's only, no cats, other requests will be considered for special circumstances.
- You MUST give us prior notice and a description of your dog before bringing them on your stay.
- All dogs must be on a leash while on the property, this is for the safety of our dog as well as yours.
- Dog's are not allowed to be alone in the Airbnb unless in a secure and safe cage. If requested, we can provide a large heavy duty cage.
Pool Use Policy:
- For the use of the pool (included in your stay) or the use of recreational rentals, a liability waiver must be signed.
- We will provide a life vest at the pool, as well as 1 life vest per person for tube/kayak rentals.
- Please use the provided pool and beach towels for water activities.
- No lifeguard on duty, you swim at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and any damages to the rental or property.
- No dogs in the water.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Fire Pit Use:
- For the use of the firepit, a liability waiver must be signed.
- Use firepit at your own risk, you are responsible for your own safety and any damages to the rental or property.
- All fires must be put out completely after use.
- In case of emergency, there is a hose to the front right of the pool entrance. There is also a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink in Cowboy's Cabana.
Greenhouse/Lounge Area:
- We hope you enjoy this semi-climate controlled lounge space/living room in our greenhouse as much as we do! Due to the nature of the space, we do have a few rules though.
- No glass due to the stone ground where glass can shatter and get stuck in the rocks - Please use the plastic cups provided instead.
- No food, please use the designated eating areas in the kitchenette, on the porch or by the pool instead.
- Do not got past the curtains, this area is a private. We may have to come into "our side" of the greenhouse occasionally to feed the fish or grab some produce, but will make an effort to only do so when guests are not present.
Animals:
- No guest access to inside of the chicken coop or chicken run.
- No guest access to the inside of the goat pen.
- No petting or feeding any animals without permission from the owner - text at 352-283-3672 if you have any questions.
- Animals are animals and they may make noise or smell occasionally. If this is an issue for you or will affect the happiness of your stay, please find another stay nearby where you will be more comfortable :)
- Again, we may need to access the back yard to let the chickens into their run, feed or water some of the animals, etc. We do our best not to be intrusive and stay out of guest way to keep the backyard feeling as private as possible.
- Fresh eggs will be provided, additional eggs provided upon request, just text or call!
No drugs or illegal substances, you must be 21 or older to have or consume alcohol on this property.
No smoking allowed inside the Airbnb, the porch, greenhouse, pool house or anywhere else on the property.
No parties or gatherings, registered guests only.
