Summary: This owner is fairly new to VRBO and he is very nice and immediately responds to all messages. I would not recommend this home for seniors due to the number of steps to the front door and the unstable step at the back door. A few more linens - like wash clothes and hand towels would be nice along with a toaster. The refrigerator, stove and washer and dryer were very high quality. Lots of TV channels and Netflix was nice. The pull out seats at the dining table could be dangerous for seniors and adding a coffee table or end tables in the living room would be nice. The beds were very comfortable. This home is very close to the Tacoma Mall, Costco and a Safeway. Also easy freeway access. We found it best to go up the back alley and park in the back of the house. Street parking is limited and the front steps are hard to navigate. We found the house to be very clean for a 100 year old home.
