You'll be in a convenient location, nearby restaurants, live theaters, museums, parks, OSU, etc. Just minutes from freeway access.
15-20 minutes from downtown, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Columbus Convention Center and shopping areas in each direction.
The space
Cozy space for rest or work. This unit is inviting place to stay. Two bedrooms. Front Bedroom with full sized bed and closet. Back Room with queen bed. Both are specially arranged for your visit with comfy beds, chairs and workspace.
Guest access
Close to main streets and freeways including I70, I71, and I270. Uber and Lift ride sharing platforms available. Public transit nearby.

NO LOCALS.. WE DO NOT ACCEPT LOCALS. If you book and it is discovered you are a local by number or anything else, your reservation will be cancelled immediately before or after arrival.
If you are staying more than 30 days you are responsible for buying and restocking your own amenities after 30 days of stay. This includes toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, and anything else you may need that we provided in the beginning of your stay. You should keep them in your room to avoid other guest use, but we are not responsible for restocking amenities after 30 days.
You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $20 after 30 days of stay for required change of linen .. if you would like to avoid this fee, it is required that you wash your linen yourself every 3 weeks. If your linen comes back damaged or stained at end of stay, you will be charged a $50 replacement fee.
You will be sharing the homes access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, and Bathroom.
