THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking in front of the building on a first come, first served basis. No boat trailer parking allowed at the home. Trailer parking is available at Lake LBJ Marina.
• Guests do not have access to the amenities of the Horseshoe Bay Resort with the exception of the Waterfront Bar & Grill which is open to the public.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located at the front door and actively monitoring the parking lot.
• Pet friendly! Maximum of 1 dog allowed. A flat Pet Fee of $150 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.
