Located near West Ocean City within the private gated community of Assateague Pointe Resort. This community offers something for the whole family - from the 2 large outdoor pools, kiddie splash pad, rec/game room, 1000' fishing/crabbing pier in Sinepuxent Bay, stocked fishing ponds and paddle boats, basketball half court, volleyball, several playgrounds and picnic sites. Located just minutes from the beaches of Assateague Island National Park (where you can see the horses roam the beach) and the Ocean City beach and boardwalk and beaches. A five-minute drive will take you to West Ocean City where you'll find shopping at the Ocean City Outlets, fabulous restaurants, go-carts, and ice cream. The resort community is also located next to Frontier Town water park.
With all the comforts of home, there is whole house Wi-Fi. You can log directly into your favorite video apps with the 55" Fire TV located in the bright and beachy living area. We offer a fully stocked kitchen with microwave, gas stove/oven, toaster, blender & coffee maker. The 2nd bedroom has a Roku TV to enjoy. There is a gas grill outside to enjoy as well. The home has central heat & a/c and parking available for 2 cars.
While sitting outside you can enjoy the shade of our tree on a quiet corner lot. Or a short 100' stroll to the fishing pier that leads out into Sinepuxent Bay where in addition to fishing and crabbing you can savor the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Our home is a very close walk to the larger community pool/ clubhouse and playground. Just down the road you will find another pool, rec room/arcade, community washing machines, and community showers.

Weekly Rentals are Saturday to Saturday only.

Things to Know:
~New in 2024, hardwood floors in the living room and kitchen and a Roku TV in the 2nd bedroom.
~New in 2023 is a much larger water heater to accommodate longer showers. :-)
~The 3rd bedroom is very small. Suitable mainly for children as it only has a set of twin bunk beds and no other space available in the room.
~Parking notes: DRIVEWAY / 2 VEHICLES MAXIMUM. NO STREET PARKING. Guests will need to stop at the office for initial entry.
~There are gate cards in the home for use during your stay. Please make sure the card is left upon your departure or there will be a replacement fee of $20 each.
