Within a 5-minute drive, you get easy access to Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Target, fitness center, movie theater, and 100+ restaurants/fashion stores. Remodeled with new wood floors, recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances and a Samsung 65-inch 4K TV, the house offers a contemporary touch and ultimate comfort.
This lovely two-story townhouse was remodeled and furnished not long ago. 3 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms can sleep up to 5 people (2 queen beds plus a memory foam folding bed). Recessed lights are throughout the house, with an abundance of windows and vaulted ceiling providing ample natural light. Downstairs living area features all-new 65-inch 4K Smart TV, sectional sofa, and 6-seat dining set. Many appliances were added during remodeling: refrigerator, dishwasher, water filter system, touch-on faucet, hood, microwave and electric kettle. All three bedrooms are upstairs, each with spacious closet space. Master bath has a walk-in shower and large jetted tub. Convenient upstairs laundry area with washer, dryer and laundry supplies. The house is equipped with whole-home Wi-Fi with 200Mbps Internet (download), smart garage door opener, Nest thermostat, Ring video doorbell and floodlight cameras. All security cameras are located outside the house for your safety and privacy.
There are 3 designated parking spaces available, two in the attached garage and one in the courtyard. The property has a side walkway leading to the front door and backyard. This is a nonsmoking residence. Note that subletting without permission is prohibited.
