Retreat to this hidden hillside paradise - a gorgeous four bedroom house nestled in the mountains on the border of Rincón and Aguada. Our vacation home is a relaxing, private and quiet retreat yet only a 10-15 minute drive to the beaches, attractions, restaurants and night life of Rincon & Aguada. Relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings, amenities and comfort the home has to offer. We hope you enjoy it as much as our family does!
The space:
✈️40 min from Aguadilla airport (BQN)
✈️ 2 1/2 hours from San Juan airport(SJU)
Main Floor:
Living room, dining and kitchen are an open space concept surrounded by double door open windows- providing a bright and airy space with unhindered views of the surrounding hills and to the ocean.
-Living-room has a comfortable couch with smart TV.
-Large dining table
-Fully equipped modern kitchen.
-One full bathroom.
-Bedroom with comfy full-size bed, windows, AC and small work space. This bedroom is decorated beautifully and is great for an extra touch of privacy as it’s the only bedroom on the main floor.
2nd Floor:
Walk up the stairs to the foyer with a sitting area.
-Spacious full bathroom
-Three bedrooms.
(1) Master room -queen size bed-direct access to balcony with hot tub and outside shower.
(2) Queen size bed
(3) Bunkbed (Top twin/Bottom full) This is the only bedroom that has a TV with fire stick and a two person beanbag chair.
**All rooms have closets, AC, windows which bring great natural light, but also have black out curtains for your convenience. All rooms are decorated in a unique and elegant style. We value and prioritize comfort. **
Outside:
Property provides various outdoor entertainment areas to enjoy with family and friends.
First floor patio has great space that includes a grill, fire pit, bar that opens to the kitchen for easy access to drinks and food. Has space for outdoor games like corn hole and a swing with direct view to the ocean.
Second floor has a hammock with an open view to the mountains. Plenty of hanging out space that can also be used for yoga or exercise, following along to an outside shower and a deck with a 4-person hot tub. Along side the deck is also a long balcony that faces stunning views to our famous sunrises.

🌞 Exciting News! We are officially powered by Solar Energy. 🌱🔌 Experience sustainable energy during your stay with our 22 solar panels and two Tesla batteries. We have also upgraded our cistern from 250 to 850 gallons.
⛔️As anyone who lives or frequently travels to Puerto Rico knows, electric and water utility services are often unreliable. We feel great and ready to receive our guests with our back up water and power systems! It's always important to be mindful of conserving these resources, but electric grid or water utility outages will not to ruin your stay at our home!
Baby/toddlers/kids:
- We can offer a range of baby/toddler items if requested: Kitchen cabinets baby proof, gate for stairs, high chair, pack and play, baby tub, toys, books, activity center, baby swing, toddler rail for bunk bed)
📌Very important: baby, toddlers and kids should never be left alone or unsupervised in any outdoor area. We are on a hillside and surrounded by cliffs.

Guest access:
-Guest will have exclusive access to entire property with the exception of owner‘s storage closet which is locked in the master and foyer.
-Parking space for up to three cars (max).
-Self check in with keypad.
-For stays of 5 or more nights, guests will have complimentary use of washer and dryer. For shorter stays, use of washer and dryer available for additional fee.
Other things to note:
- The property is on a steep hill. You must drive down driveway in reverse.
- Property is surrounded by cliffs. Please follow rules and guidelines around the property.
- Trash bins are on the bottom of the driveway. When emptying household
trash, please take all the way down and place in bins. No trash should be left outside on property. We are in the mountains and do not want to attract animals/pests.
- Unfortunately no food delivery. Recommend stocking up on groceries from one of the nearby grocery stores.
-Pre purchase grocery service may be available. Fee applies. Inquire with host.
- Fire extinguisher located on each floor (under kitchen sink and in cabinet in upper level foyer)
