Located on quiet Bruce Lake with a perimeter of 6.2km of water to enjoy, and flanked by Lakes Joseph and Rosseau. This lake boasts warmer waters earlier in the season and well into the fall. This easily accessible location offers a convenient short commute of less than 20 minutes to Port Carling, and the town of Rosseau for nearby dining and shopping and farmer's markets. There are plenty of golf courses within a half hour for the golf enthusiast. This cottage is on a year round quiet road.

BRUCE LAKE LODGE - Easy access off of a main road takes you up a private driveway with ample parking for 4 cars. You are greeted by a warm lodge style cottage. Enter through the 3 season Muskoka Room. Make your way around the back to the two level deck with hot tub that looks out to the lake. Well lit granite steps walk you down to the water's edge where you will find an L shaped new dock. Ample seating on the decks and down at the water ensure you will never miss a moment to relax in this tranquil space. 235' of water frontage and southern exposure will provide you with all day sun. Enjoy the star show in the evenings either from the hot tub or around the fire pit while roasting marshmallows.

If you need a break from the elements but still want to take in the sights, smells and sounds of the outdoors, the screened in Muskoka Room is the place to be. Off the kitchen/dining spaces, it is a great place to gather around in it's cozy setting.

The lower level rec room is a large family room with large screen TV and wood burning fireplace. Another cozy place to get away from the activity of the main level. Easy access to the deck and hot tub from this great space.
