Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place! Your stay matters to us and we went above and beyond to make you feel at home. Sleeps 8 (4 beds and an air mattress. TVs in each room. Indoor and outdoor space perfect for entertaining! Swimming pool (no heater), gas grill, gas fire pit, outdoor seating and games! This place is perfect for families, friends, or business! $8 Uber to Oldtown or a 1.5 mile walk. 15 minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor! Close to Spring training activities!
The space
This is a backyard for entertaining! Cool off in the 8 ft. deep pool and then relax on one of four lounge chairs while soaking in the desert sun. Looking for some competition? Grab corn hole, monkey ball, or giant Jenga from the garage and head to the clean turf to battle it out. This very stylish outdoor dining space is equipped with oversized seat cushions for your comfort. There are three umbrellas outdoors for retreat from the hot summer days. Outdoor string lighting is hung. Simply plug in the cord next to the back door and enjoy a beautiful resort-like view.
Have a nice cookout on our Weber grill then relax next to the gas fireplace on a cool fall evening (propane tanks included, but may need to be filled during stay). PROPANE IS NOT REFILLED AFTER EACH STAY.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the house, including the garage. Self check-in/check-out directions will be provided after booking.
We are centrally located and a quick drive or Uber to most locations in Scottsdale.

(cigarettes, cigars, etc..) outside.
- No open flames (minus the fire pit) or candles are allowed on the property.
- GLASS: Please limit glass outside to avoid breaking.
- TOILETS: Toilet paper ONLY. Please dispose of feminine products in the trash
cans next to the toilets.
-Please no shoes or pets in the house.
-No events or parties are permitted.
-Please respect a courtesy quiet hour after 11 pm for our neighbors.
-Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed stay overnight.
Failure to follow house rules will result in fines.
