Welcome to our charming Bungalow, nestled on a corner lot for easy access. As you arrive, you'll find the driveway at the back of the house leading to the back door with coded entry. As you step inside you can descend the stairs to the basement where laundry facilities await, or head up to the well-stocked kitchen. Beyond lies the open dining and living room area, with a small hallway leading to the bathroom, first bedroom, and office. The second bedroom is accessible from the living room.
