This condo features an open floor plan with 1 bedroom + den and 1 bathroom on the ground floor, so no stairs! The main bedroom has a comfy king size bed and the den contains a twin over a full size bunk bed. The living room, bedroom and den are all equipped with smart TV’s as well as Apple TV’s so you can stream any network with your own account! The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and plenty of cabinetry for storage. It also provides all necessary cooking utensils/kitchenware to either whip up a delicious dinner or bake your favorite pastry!
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! It is located in a new, quiet and upcoming community with direct access to the Riverwalk (The loop/Rillito). The riverwalk stretches 100 miles in and around Tucson on a continuous path so it’s perfect for long walks or bike rides! It is also located close to various shopping plazas with boutiques and several dining/bar options. On the weekends, you can walk to the farmer’s market at the St. Philips Plaza or take a 5 minute drive up north to do some shopping at La Encantada Mall. Also within the complex is a pool and a jacuzzi which can both be enjoyed at any time during the sunny days here in Tucson!
