This beautiful home has 2 bedroom and 2 bath, a large Living/Dining and Kitchen area for entertaining.
The Dining area features comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully loaded which includes silverware, baking, cooking pots and utensils with updated appliances. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Our cozy home is well furnished, decorated and will provide great comfort throughout your entire stay. The home includes all linens, bed sheets, towels, pillows and blankets.
There is a King bed in the master bedroom as well a queen in the guest room and queen pullout couch.Comfort is one of our top priorities.
Our spacious living room provides a 55" flat screen smart TV that will allow you to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. You will also have access to our private WiFi.
The backyard is my personal favorite, our own Oasis. Fully fenced, enjoy your privacy in our large above ground pool or hot tub. Want to relax and grill some steaks? Relax by our fire pit and enjoy the use of our BBQ. If you enjoy the outdoors but don't enjoy natures critters watch the sunset from our screened in patio. We have games, kayaks and a paddle board, you can take to beach.
The lot is very spacious with large yard with plenty of space for parking a Boat trailer or RV.
Our Paradise is conveniently located in central Marathon. You will have many options to choose from when searching for restaurants and supermarkets. SOMBRERO BEACH - only is only 2.5 miles away. If you are bringing your boat with you there are plenty boat ramps near our home. Luckily, it is only located five minutes away and you are able to park your car and enjoy a day out in the water.
Key west is 50 minutes away
Bahia Honda beach is 15 minutes away.
We allow pets for an extra fee. Only allow the amount of guest put on revervation. No parties. video surveillance in the front of the property. No visitors
