Negative: I experienced car trouble on the way up and immediately wrote to the owner to request consideration of a refund. At that late hour, I know I was not entitled to one. As I received no response, once my car was repaired, I drove to the property. In total the property looks nothing like the pictures from the outside. After taking a look, I decided I could not stay there and took a hotel room at the Hotel Canadaigua where I felt the accommodations were safe, clean and comfortable. My car breakdown was not the fault of the owner. The fact that after four days, the owner did not respond, even with a simple no or even a counter offer, to my request for a refund and that the owner did not respond to booking.com tells you all you need to know about the owner's willingness to communicate should you have any issues with your stay at this property. The fact that the owner was not even curious about my well being as a single female experiencing an auto breakdown on the way to this property is also telling with regard to delivering customer satisfaction with your stay. Pass on this property.
Summary: No communication, no concern with customer satisfaction.
