When the snow starts falling, enjoy skiing at our family-friendly neighborhood ski resort, Diamond Peak (the free shuttle is just a 5-minute walk from your front door!), or hop over to the world-class Northstar ski resort (30-min drive) or Palisades (formerly Squaw) ski resort (40-min drive).
Your whole family will enjoy sledding and playing in the snow at the nearby Incline Village Championship Golf Course (a quick 5-min drive) or Tahoe Meadows Sledding Hill (15-min drive to Mount Rose).
On warmer days, you'll find Lake Tahoe a peaceful 20-minute walk away. Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and other public beaches are just a 10-minute drive. Access to Incline Village's three private beaches (Incline Beach, Ski Beach, and Burnt Cedar) may be available for an additional fee, message us for more info.
If you prefer land over water, grab your hiking gear or mountain bike and head down to Tunnel Creek and the Tahoe East Shore Trail (a quick 5-min drive) where you'll find a number of great hiking and biking trails. Or, drive 15 minutes up to Mount Rose for a beautiful nature walk in Tahoe Meadows.
Any golfers in your group will love that the Incline Village Championship Golf Course is a short 5-min drive away. And your whole family will enjoy family-friendly summertime activities at the world-class Northstar ski resort (30-min drive).
You'll also find several restaurants, bars, and a Raley's grocery store in the area, all within a 5-minute drive. We provide personal recommendations to all guests, so you can enjoy our favorite spots around town.
For an additional fee, you'll also get access to our local recreation center. There, you'll find a gym, fitness classes, indoor lap pool, sauna, and complimentary child care while using the rec center. Message us for more info.

Prepare to relax as soon as you step inside this spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that comfortably sleeps six. After an adventure-packed day around Lake Tahoe, you'll love cooking in the newly renovated, well-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy a meal together at the dining table for six before turning on the gas fireplace, sinking into the expansive couch, and enjoying your favorite movie on the 75” Smart TV. Or, step out onto your personal balcony complete with a gas grill and surrounded by pine trees.
Sleep soundly in the primary suite, which offers a king-size memory foam bed, ensuite bathroom, and TWO closets. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The third bedroom is fitted with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and memory foam mattresses, making it comfortable for kids and adults alike. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each full bathroom has its own heating fan for chilly mornings and every bedroom has blackout curtains so you can enjoy sleeping in.
This home is great for families, couples, or friends looking for a true mountain escape. There are TWO laptop-friendly desks perfect for an extended work-from-home stay. Work remotely during the day, take a dip in the lake before sunset, and hike our beautiful mountains on weekends.

Uncontrollable circumstances: By booking with us, you agree to our house rules and cancellation policy. We’re not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances inherent to Lake Tahoe, such as poor air quality during wildfire season and road closures during snow season. In these types of events, our cancellation policy stands. If you’d like to protect your trip for reasons not covered under Airbnb’s policies, we recommend external trip insurance.
Additionally, living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there may be other situations we cannot control, such as weather and harsh conditions knocking out the wifi and power. While these instances are few and far between, we please ask that you are patient as we work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Balcony: During winter, the balcony is usually snow-covered and the patio furniture is typically not accessible.
Despite our best efforts to maintain the utmost cleanliness for your convenience, sometimes nature has other plans! During summer, dust and pollen can accumulate within a matter of hours on the deck furniture. You may need to wipe down the outdoor table, chairs, and any other outdoor seating.
Parking: Each booking includes two on-premise (uncovered, unassigned) parking spaces. No commercial or recreational vehicles (RVs, trailers, boats, etc.).
Pool: **Important** The pool closest to the condo is currently closed for maintenance but you can still enjoy our second pool that's just a short walk away! (The second pool is expected to be OPEN through Labor Day but we can't make any guarantees, as pool maintenance is entirely dependent on the homeowner's association.) Additionally, there is a great indoor lap pool at the nearby recreation center, which guests can access for an additional fee. Pool towels aren't provided by us, as this would require additional cleaning fees.
A/C: Like most properties in the area, our condo doesn’t have air conditioning. We provide fans in every room for a comfortable stay.
Outdoor furniture (including the BBQ) may not be available in the winter months (November - May).
Baby gear: Family-friendly safety features like a built-in baby gate, child locks, furniture anchors, a fireplace guard, and kids' dinnerware will give your whole family peace of mind during your stay. To ensure your little ones have the safest and cleanest experience possible, we don't provide pack 'n plays, high chairs, or other baby gear. Instead, we recommend using BabyQuip - a rental company that provides safe, clean, and insured rentals including cribs, car seats, toys, and much more.
