The Early Bird Retreat is located centrally between the popular boat docks in Riverdale, Totten trail, and Garrison area, as well as walking distance to the Harbor Bar and Grill, which provides great food and entertainment. You will have access to the large fenced in back yard, along with deck, outdoor grill, and firepit. The 4 TV's are supplied with ROKU and free Netflix, the living room TV is also supplied with local channels. A queen air matress is also available. Weekly & monthly discount
This cozy home has 3 private bedrooms, each with its own TV. The large master suite with private bathroom including a garden tub and a separate shower with a rainfall showerhead. The spacious backyard is fully fenced with a deck with seating and a grill. There is also a firepit in the yard which can be used when permitted by law (no burn ban in effect). Private, off street parking is supplied with a 2 car deep double driveway, however the interior of the garage is not included in this rental.
Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the Harbor Bar and Grill. Close access to Lake Sakakawea and Lakes Audubon. Only 13 miles from the Garrison Dam. Coleharbor is a very small town, it is an open field behind the house. There is no grocery store or gas station in Coleharbor. The closest grocery store is in Garrison, ND which is about 14 miles away. The closest gas station is Totten Trail which is about 6 miles away.
Pets are welcome at the Early Bird Retreat as long as they are house trained and cleaned up after.
All pets other than cats and dogs must be kept in a cage (birds, hamsters, bunnies, etc.). When not inside the fenced yard all pets must be on a leash. If excessive cleaning is required or if urine or feces is found on any of the carpet/rugs/furniture etc. you will be sent a cleaning/replacement fee. We take cleaning very seriously at the Early Bird Retreat and strive to offer all of our guests a clean and sanitary space to stay.
I will be available as needed. If you are in need of anything I am located just 10 miles away and will try to meet any request within the hour. In a rare occasion I may need to stop into the garage, you will be notified before I arrive.
