The property is located in the small mountain community of Mill Ridge in Foscoe NC. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a small kitchen and open-concept family room + dining area. Outside there is a covered wrap-around deck with rocking chairs, sitting area and a grill. There is also parking available for up to 3 vehicles, with easy access to the house. The Mill Ridge community ammenities include hiking trails, a beautiful outdoor pool and 2 small ponds.

The master bedroom is on the 1st floor with a queen bed, full bath (double sinks), ceiling fan and a small flat screen TV. The kitchen is also on the 1st floor, fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans, coffee maker, blender and more. The family room has a flat screen TV with cable/wifi, wireless internet, a propane wood stove and a ceiling fan. Upstairs is the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and ceiling fan. There is a full bath (double sinks) in the hallway. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a half bath.

In addition, we are 6 miles from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, 15 miles from Beech Mountain, 11 miles from Appalachian Mountain Ski Resort, 14 miles from Grandfather Mountain, 20 miles to Linville Falls and close to multiple access points for the Blue Ridge Parkway.
