This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath waterfront home is located on South Sandy Pond. It has an open concept, kitchen and living room with plenty of room for all to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the pond. Also on the main floor is the master bedroom and bath, as well as the half bath with stacked washer/dryer. Upstairs has two bedrooms, a bath with a jet tub and shower and a large loft area outside. Outside there is a large deck gazebo with furniture, private dock, boat launch and two kayaks available to use. We also have a pontoon boat that is sometimes available to rent. Reservations are required as well as boater safety courses. Sandy Island State Beach is 1 mile from the house and there are several restaurants, diners, bars and activities close by.
