Summary: This property was as-advertised. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Its Brookhaven location was excellent. The owner was easy to work with. One thing to know is that it is near to train/MARTA tracks but that never bothered me as there are trees in between and they provided an air filter that made good white noise.
