It boasts a large private kidney shape pool (5x10m with steps and ladder) and mature garden offering to its residents the chance to relax and sunbathe. Fully air con (charge extra).
The fully detached villa is located in short distance (4-5 min drive) to the sea, taverns, shops etc

In the nearby traditional village of Pegeia (1.5 km) there are also all these facilities.
