Take the time to unwind from the hustle and bustle of life at our new construction Den Barnhouse Plus. Situated at the top of a bluff on a 7-acre property, this 2-bedroom 2-bath home is fully stocked with all of the amenities and essentials one may need. The outdoor space and fire pit allow for guests to immerse themselves in the surroundings, including spotting the abundant wildlife! The property is situated less than 15 minutes from Peoria Heights, Downtown Peoria and Washington's Square.
Just inside the front door, guests will find a spacious entryway with a full-sized washer and dryer available. The living room is equipped with a gas fireplace and smart TV. Guests will also notice the outside welcomed in through an expansive wall of glass, which has two sliding doors that can be used to step onto the 10'x48' deck with dining and lounge spaces. In the dining room, the buffet is stocked with board games as well as a selection of vinyl records. The full kitchen is stocked with everything one may need to prepare a meal, as well as local coffee from one of our favorite shops. Down the hallway, there is a full bath with a tub for bathing kids and a bunk room with two full-sized beds. The bunk room also offers a generous-sized walk-in closet for storing luggage. To the front of the house is the main bedroom, which has a king-sized bed, wardrobes for storing clothes and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main bedroom also has a sliding patio door to the deck and a desk area for those who may need to work while traveling.
