Welcome to our quaint little retreat here in the woodlands of Pocono Lake, PA. Located within the Arrowhead Lake Community, this 3 bedroom, 2-bath home comes with a modern interior feel, fully stocked kitchen, a game-room, and both a propane and outdoor firepits. Whether youโre here for a ski-trip, a special occasion or just want to escape the fast-pace of life, come recline back with the people you enjoy most and take in all of what the Poconos has to offer.
Our home has 3 bedrooms in the following configurations
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: 2 Full Beds | Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Bunk Beds
The Kitchen:
Fully stocked breakfast bar w/ stool seating, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, stove/oven and microwave. Stainless-steel appliances and accessories also included such as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking basics, dishware & flatware. Small pantry with basic cooking needs and spice rack.
Living Quarters:
3 Smart TVs, 8-person dining table, propane & wood fireplace, one small work-from-home setup and a large game room boasting a foosball & pool table with complimentary board games sure to bring back childhood nostalgia.
Outdoor Space:
One large wood deck with a gas grill and a fire pit.
Amenities:
Free WiFi, central A/C & heating, linens/towels, washer/dryer.
Complimentary toiletries, detergent, ceiling fans, hair dryers, hangers, ironing board, clothes steamer, trash bags & paper towels.

Stairs required for access, 4 exterior security cameras (facing out) with motion sensing floodlights

3 heated seasonal swimming pools (open only from Memorial Day - Labor Day), 4 beaches, clubhouse, fitness room, game room w/ pool tables, tennis courts, gymnasium with a basketball court & beach volleyball courts.
***Please note, HOA rules do not allow bookings within 3 days of arrival.***
***MANDATORY RESORT FEES (paid to Arrowhead Lake during check-in):
Wristbands for amenities: $6 per person, per day for all guests over the age
of 6
1 gate card per vehicle registration, $20 vehicle fee per vehicle (up to 4 vehicles), and $35 transaction fee
