4* Crannog Lodge is situated in a stunning corner position with expansive first floor decking to the front and side of the property, accessed from the main living area, with hot tub, gas BBQ, deck furniture and views to the Golf Course, hills and Loch Tay. 20" flat screen multi-channel TV system in all the bedrooms, PS2 Kids Games Zone, a host of indoor & outdoor Games (including outdoor table tennis and free use of set of golf clubs), with many other details that make Crannog Lodge an ideal family retreat.
The entrance is from a landscaped courtyard with front door parking. There is a well equipped utility room with washer/drier and storage area leading off the hall and a PS2 Play Zone complete with bean bags and flat screen multi-channel TV system. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: a master bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room with a French door to the rear garden and a twin bedroom with Victorian cream beds with an en suite bathroom.
The first floor master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite shower room and balcony doors with wonderful views to Drummond Hill.
The open tread oak staircase leads you into the spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with floor to ceiling windows. The lounge has leather settees, 32' flat screen multi-channel TV system, surround sound cinema system with DVD and CD. The kitchen has granite worktops and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Access to the huge deck is from the living area where you can enjoy the magnificent views whilst having a soak in the luxury of a Canadian hot tub.
