Summary: Nice place for two couples with some things to be aware of: Pros: -Great location for RMNP and Estes Park -Has a grill -Has seating on porch for 4 -Really nice bedrooms -Clean Cons: -Screen door was broken--called number to talk to human at 4:51 (office hours end at 5:00), had no response throughout stay. -No additional trash bags provided and no response from office. -A lot of road noise between 5am and 10pm -Living room area has couch but no other seating aside from small kitchen table, so don't plan on more than 2-3 people sitting anywhere. -Deck area is badly in need of painting/staining -No condiments available in unit other than salt and pepper, so plan to buy everything you need for cooking, including oil. -If you are there on a hot weekend, you will need to keep the bedroom windows open at night, and you will hear the NP early birds on the road by 5am. -Dimmer and bulbs in first floor bedroom are incompatible and you will get a bright full-voltage flash every time you turn the switch on. -Loft bedroom does not have a door (expected)
