Summary: I’ll start with the good. The backyard was very nice with the creek and the playground. Our daughter enjoyed it. Unfortunately the cabin was very dirty. Light switches and walls were brown with fingerprints, countertops had crumbs in kitchen, thick layer of dust and dirt on all cabinet pulls, hair EVERYWHERE. The shower had large clumps of hair stuck to the shower wall and hair all in the floor. It was obvious that the showers had not been cleaned after the last guests. The floors were dirty and every rug and piece of furniture was heavily stained. Towels were stained and found multiple roaches in the bathroom. Window in living room had large hole that was taped up. We didn’t want to get in the hot tub because we didn’t trust that it had been cleaned. Owners said they would give a partial refund in exchange for a 5 star review but never received that either.
