New custom beach-front home with high ceilings, natural light and two large ocean-side decks ideal for sunbathing and romantic sunset dining. Large Kitchen with Wolfe range, dining nook, and island seating.
This beautiful home features a gas fireplace with cozy sitting area in the living room, plus the house is heated by mini-split heat pump technology.
The signature spiral staircase takes you to three upstairs bedrooms. The master has spectacular views of the beach and ocean, while the other bedrooms have panoramic views of Mt. Tamalpais. The house features a separate, fully equipped indoor-outdoor bar lined with old redwood and surrounded by sand. The house fronts an expansive dune system with private beach seating overlooking the white sand and ocean. This home has a Tesla charger, and a gas grill. One Dog Allowed. Renters bringing a dog: Additional pet fee: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. Bed Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin over full bunk bed.

Summary: Everything was just as advertised. A great house and fun, unique bar area in 2nd separate structure in back yard. The house was well stocked and very cozy. The fireplace added warmth and was the center of the comfortable living room for our family.
