Home office with double doors off family room with 45: TV and views to the front of the house with sounds of the water feature outside lage arched window. Dining off living room with round dining table and 6 chairs and separate from kitchen. Family room with 77" Samsung ART TV and 16 foot windows and double, over sized sliders that lead you to another, covered outdoor living space - literally the outside comes in. 2 couches, 2 chairs, coffee table with fire pit and with ceiling fans and built in outdoor heaters, and when it;s too hot, turn on the commercial misters with the touvh of a button. Large bar off family room with ice maker, beverage cooler, copper sink that also has views to outside. Over sized (everything is over sized) hallway with guest bath and leads to 2 master suites. The smaller with king bed, walk in shower (no door), separate bath (with bidet) and closet. Heated towel rack and (of course) electric outlets in medicine cabinets and drawer. Larger master with gas fireplace, beautiful king bed, dressers, footboard bench and walk in closet. Dual walk in shower and separate bath (with bidet) with door opening directly to patio and pool. Outdoor built in BBQ with fridge and large counter space. Huge covered patio with dimable lights, fans, heaters and misters. Pick your own herbs from the garden to cook in your gourmet kitchen or just enjoy the view and yard scupture. Laundry off hallway with large, samsung front load (red) steam washer and dryer and built in ironing board. Door to garage off laundry. This house is beautifully decorated with high end furniture and decor. Your family and freinds will be eager to stay. Golfing is available at the Vistas or Lakes courses (not included in rental) located in the Westbrook community and numerous other public courses are nearby, including all the Sun City and Sun City West and Grand courses. There are two rec centers in Westbrook with heated pools, a workout room, bocce courts, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and jacuzzi spas.
As a side note, we have multiple vacation rentals and commercial properties in exclusive communities and this one, without a doubt, is the nicest home we have. The previous owner spent years and $$$$ to remodel it into her dream home. It is so much more than that. It is an "experience" to live in this home with the lifestyle it provides. If you rent this property and stay, you'll know what I mean. Details, details details surrounded by comfort and view. I'd be surprised to find any competition that mirrors this.
Please note - there is charge of $250.00 PR WEEK FOR POOL AND SPA HEAT. Normal temp would be 86 degrees or higher. If the pool kept at lower degree - we will gladly issue a refund.
