This large piece of property sits up above the lake's eastern shore, about four miles from downtown Klamath Falls. It's a snowy wonderland in winter and a great place for boating come summer, with the closest boat launch at nearby Moore Park (four miles). Tee off at the Harbor Links Golf Course (two miles) or the Arnold Palmer-designed Running Y Resort (nine miles) or take an easy day trip to Crater Lake National Park (40 miles).
Designer-built to showcase its surroundings, the house has a real wow factor as you step inside. At its heart is a glassed-in atrium connecting living spaces on two floors, each with spectacular views of the lake and nightly sunsets. In fact, the view seems to follow you wherever you are - preparing meals in the well-appointed kitchen, gathering around the dining room table, curling up with a good book in the living room, or streaming movies via Roku upstairs.

End each evening with a soak in the hot tub before turning in to two inviting bedrooms, each with views of the lake and an en suite bathroom. The primary suite is on the lower floor, opening to the deck and hot tub, and the guest suite is upstairs.
