This Guest House Studio Apt. is located just a couple block from famous "City Park" and close to music venues- jazz fest. Walk to stores, restaurants . The Studio is located on the back side of our property and is detached from our main house. Ideal place if your looking to be a little out of the downtown city area and desire City Park location, with free secure parking, a patio to enjoy a meal. Ideal for a couple or 3.We are a very pet-friendly. The fee is $ 10.00 per pup cash on arrival.
The space
The studio is good size for a couple and has the option of a Murphy Pull down bed out of the closet, if you have a 3rd person. Please let us know if you are 3 people, so we leave linen for the Murphy bed and proper towels. There is a small kitchenette, with a fridge and microwave. Utensils and plates are left for 3 people. The outdoor bistro set is for 2 people. Many food stores and local restaurants can be walked or biked too.
We are a very pet-friendly. We do require $ 10.00 per pup max 2 per booking, cash on arrival.

Please note: If you want to have use of " 2 beds" let us know right away after you book, so we have the cleaner set the Murphy Bed down and made up for your arrival. Otherwise, we usually have just the queen bed set if its 1 or 2 people. Thank you for this information in advance
