This studio guest house features a brand new kitchen, furniture, bedding, smart TV, and a 150 inch projector to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The queen sized bed fits two and there is always room on the couch to sleep another guest. Located in Tech Terrace, this property is the perfect location to escape to for a weekend or enjoy all the Texas Tech activities Lubbock has to offer.
This Pinterest worthy studio gives this space a fresh face that will allow comfortable stay both long and short.
The living area features a large couch with an accent chair and coffee table to enjoy the 150 inch projector. You are more than welcome to log into your personal accounts to stream shows and movies, but please be sure to logout after your stay.
The kitchen area offers the very basics for a weekend stay such as a drip coffee machine, microwave, mini fridge, cutlery, and dishes.
The bathroom is clean, updated, and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Other miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms.
The queen sized bed is one of the comfiest you will ever stay on, so we have been told. New linens spice up this dรฉcor and a mounted smart TV hangs right across from the sleeping space.
All areas of the house are available for use with the exception of the locked cleaning closet.
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!
Garrott, Shawna, and Jenna are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.
Tech Terrace is a gem in Lubbock! It is a well established neighborhood that offers a safe community and central location just across from Texas Tech Campus. Many local businesses are close by such as coffee shops, brewery's, and shopping. Cypress Lounge is located right off of University and 19th Street.
Other than Uber, Lubbock transportation is poor. A car is recommended, although feel free to message us with your travel plans to see if it is necessary.
Parking Infront of the fence gate is preferred since the owner lives in the main house.
This property is not pet friendly. The backyard, pool, and main house are off limits to guests, and are locked from the outside to prevent owner disturbance.
