Welcome to our bright house of 68 m² located in a residential area of the town of Challans.
Comfortable and tastefully furnished, this house will be perfect for a stay with family or friends, in the heart of the Vendée region.
Ideally located near the Ile de Noirmoutier and the Ile d'Yeu, the Challans region benefits from a very rich and preserved natural environment.
You can discover the marshes and the Vendée bocage with its 150 km of cycle track.
Please note: we have two identical houses that can be rented simultaneously for a maximum capacity of 12 people. The second house is called BAYA.

THIS ACCOMMODATION CONSISTS OF:
🔹 A kitchen open to the living room fully equipped (induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the kitchen necessities)
🔹 A living room divided into a dining area composed of a table and six chairs, and a lounge area equipped with a double sofa bed, two coffee tables and a television
🔹 A bedroom with 1 Queen Size bed, tables and bedside lamps
🔹 A second bedroom equipped with two single beds (can be combined into 1 Double Bed), wardrobe, tables and bedside lamps
🔹 A shower room equipped with a shower, a basin, a towel dryer and a storage unit
🔹 A laundry area with a washing machine, a tancarville and ironing equipment
🔹 A separate toilet
PLEASE NOTE: We would like to make it clear to travellers that this accommodation is not suitable for large parties and parties too late to respect the place and the neighbouring house. It is also forbidden to set up sound equipment with bass.

🔹 A 12 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture with table, 6 chairs and parasol.
🚗 You will be able to park your vehicle in the driveway of the house, in single file.
