Positive: Our experience at this accommodation was simply excellent. The place is beautiful, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The staff were amazing, especially Paulo, who was incredibly attentive and kind throughout our stay. We had a minor issue with one of the air conditioning units, and it was resolved the very next day with impressive speed, care, and professionalism. That level of service truly stood out. If there’s anything that could be slightly improved, it might be the fridge door, as it didn’t close completely, but honestly, it’s such a minor detail that it didn’t affect our stay in the slightest. We left with wonderful memories and would absolutely return without hesitation. A top-notch experience from start to finish – highly recommended!
