Positive: The Location

Negative: There had been an refurbishment but our room was not finished. The toilet seat wasn’t fitted properly there was no telephone to call reception and the receptionist said the builder had the phones and she would have it delivered , she didn’t. There was no hand soap so I had to go down to reception to ask for some and then had to wait for half an hour before it was delivered. There was only one mirror and that was in the bathroom. I complained to the receptionist and he said he would inform the manager but I have not heard anything from the management. These were not the only faults.
