Positive: Great staff/service, great location, very good value for money, good breakfast and average room. We had a very good time here during our 3 night stay. The service standards here is excellent. Reda was our go-to person for everything and he explained us the layout of the Medina so well that we didn't need a guide to visit all the places. We didn't meet Fatima but she was always available over WhatsApp and helped us for our travel beyond Fez.

Negative: Our room was old and cramped. Our room was on the top floor, it was quite a hike through those narrow stairs but on the flipside, we had easy access to their rooftop terrace for nice views! Wi-fi was patchy.
