Summary: I loved the Dar Souad! It’s like a little oasis in what’s a slightly so-so part of town. It’s a 15-min walk to the beach. Taxi rides are easy to snag. (Though hotel staff helped us with important rides - like to the airport.) The staff is truly the highlight: very kind and helpful. The Dar’s decor is somewhat eclectic, and your appreciation for it grows. Little pool very pleasant after a hot day. Some of the property is a little warn (e.g., room bolts)
