endlich ist sie fertig!!
Wir haben unsere nagelneue 130m² große Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz "Für Viele" mit Liebe zum Detail für euch, eure Familien & Freunde hergerichtet!
Diese vollausgestattete Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 12 erwachsene Personen + 2 Kleinkinder (ggf. auch mehr). Sie befindet sich im 1.OG und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang und einen kleinen Flur im EG. Im 1.OG befinden sich ein großzügiger offener und moderner Wohn-/Küchenbereich der für diese große Anzahl an Gästen ausgelegt ist, ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit King-Size Bett und Smart-TV, zwei weitere Schlafräume mit insgesamt 3 Doppelbetten, ein großes Vollbad mit separater Regendusche, ein kleineres Duschbad mit Regendusche sowie ein kleiner Balkon. Im 2.OG befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafräume mit insgesamt 6 Einzelbetten. Je nach gebuchter Personenanzahl machen wir zusätzlich zu den Standardräumen und dem Hauptschlafzimmer die weiteren Schlafräume im 1.+2.OG für euch zugänglich.

Die Wohnung liegt ländlich, idyllisch und entschleunigend im Herzen der Lüneburger Heide zwischen all den Attraktionen und Ausflugszielen, die die Region zu bieten hat. Und das sind eine ganze Menge.. es gibt viel zu entdecken. Ihr wollt nicht nur viel unternehmen sondern auch einfach mal nur relaxen, den Ausblick genießen und ein Buch lesen? Beides ist möglich. Je nach Laune. Auch bei Schietwetter oder Entspannungsbedarf bietet die Wohnung genügend Platz "Für Viele".
Wer mit Pferd bei uns Urlaub machen möchte, auch dem können wir etwas bieten.
In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Ferienwohnung besteht die Möglichkeit zusätzlich 1-2 Boxen oder alternativ einen Paddock für Pferde zu mieten. Der Stall befindet sich quasi auf dem selben Grundstück und ist in einer Minute zu erreichen. Auch hierzu findet ihr mehr auf unserer Seite.
Direkt vor der Tür befinden sich zwei Wallboxen mit TYP 2 Stecker und Abrechnung per Smartphone + QR Code und Kreditkarte --> keine APP notwendig (0,4€/kwh)
