Make your way inside this glamorous, mid-century modern home via the keyless smart lock and be greeted with a beautiful entry complete with bench seating and ornate leadlight windows leading up the stairs.
Walk through into the sun-filled living area with a large modular chaise lounge and a recliner that surrounds the decorative fireplace and wall mounted TV – the perfect place for a movie night together with plenty of popcorn.
The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped to handle a 3 course family dinner with a large freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a full size fridge with a filtered water dispenser, a built-in microwave and a dishwasher to take care of the cleaning up. Off the kitchen is the butler’s pantry with a wine fridge to keep your wine at the perfect temperature and a coffee station with a selection of coffee to get your day started right.
Eat together in the beautifully styled dining room with seating for ten guests along with a special kitchen and table for the little ones to cook up their own meals and a highchair so they can sit up at the table when they’re done.
Take the stairs up to the second floor and into the elegant master suite with a luxuriously large king bed, a day bed by the big bay windows that converts into two twin beds, a smart TV and a crib for the smallest in the family located in the large walk-in closet.
Off the master is the spa-worthy ensuite with a his and hers vanity, a dressing seat and a large walk in shower.
The lovely second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a plush daybed with two twin beds and a make-up table in the corner with a mirror.
Also on the second floor is bedroom three with a queen bed and an inviting reading chair as well as a sparkling central bathroom where you can take a relaxing bubble bath and a handy laundry with complimentary washing powder.
Up on the third floor you will find an additional two bedrooms. Bedroom four features a cathedral ceiling and two extra large twin beds while bedroom five is the ideal kids’ hangout space with two twin beds, a sofa bed and plenty to keep kids of all ages entertained with toys, games, books and a big screen TV.
The upstairs bedrooms share the full bath that comes stocked with all the essentials and soft fluffy towels.
