The designer kitchen is complete with new stainless-steel appliances, pot filler, and is fully equipped for any occasion. The primary suite overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and has access to the main balcony. The en-suite bathroom is new with a double sink marble vanity, huge walk-in shower, a corner makeup vanity, and plenty of cabinet space. The second master suite has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large closet, and its own private balcony overlooking the beautiful Pensacola Bay. The third bedroom has a king bed, desk, and a bathroom with marble vanity. The open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room are all together with a wall of windows that gives the condo a very bright and airy feeling. There is a Fitness center and fantastic pool/hot tub on property.
