Positive: The location was close to everything that was needed. Things look as described in the images. Corner unit with peaceful view, natural light, and fresh air. The gym was small but helpful.
Negative: This was a 40 night stay during mostly rainy (off) season, end of April to end of May. I paid way too much for the place. Lesson learned. Initial communication wasn't good from host. It gave bit of shock, but he apologized. Bathroom had black mold in the cracks. There was lizard droppings and dirt along wall behind drapes, which made no sense because there was a vacuum cleaner and broom. I had to give the place a good cleaning, and then it felt better in there. Varying shades of grey, black, and blue makes a room feel small and depressing. It is a small room. The ceiling feels low because it's painted grey. Smoking in common areas is not allowed, but it can be done in the rooms. People smoke marijuana and cigarettes inside their rooms, which is not good for health. This is not a smoke-free property. Luckily, it's a corner unit with ample windows for fresh air to clear out the smoke.
