Summary: Our stay overall was okay. The room was clean and we didn’t have any serious issues. However the staff wasn’t helpful. Check in was difficult, we were placed in the front of the hotel, right next to the highway, when there were lots of options open in the back, away from the highway. We asked for extra towels our second day and the staff simply said they replaced them that morning (we hadn’t used any towels yet and simply wanted a few more since we only had two and there were four of us staying there). We also asked for shampoo and soap and the staff said they don’t offer that as an amenity. Again, overall the stay was okay. But the staff could definitely step up their customer service skills and offer more of the basic amenities you usually expect from a hotel.
