Not to mention, the shared pool and tennis courts will let everyone soak up the sunshine in their own way. This retreat also features a loft bedroom that is actually a main suite. The third bedroom is a transitional room that serves as a family room but can be converted into a bedroom by sliding the barn doors for privacy and there are two sleeper sofas in there.
