The best of the best, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront/beachfront condominium is located on the ground floor of Kahana Village Resort in sunny West Maui. Kahana Village is a low-rise, low-density resort of only 42 privately owned units sprawled on over 3 acres of meticulously maintained tropical grounds. The resort is situated on a picturesque reef-protected cove, complete with a lovely white sand beach that is sheltered from high surf.
Kahana Village is centrally located between the two major West Maui resorts: only five minutes to the south is Ka`anapali Beach Resort, and only five minutes to the north is Kapalua Resort! Jet skiing, parasailing, banana boating, hiking, zip-lining, horseback riding, sailing, whale watching, sunset cruising, and more are less than a five-minute drive from the resort. Swimming, sunning, boogie boarding and snorkeling are all available directly in front of the resort, and some of the best whale watching on the island is available right from your own private lanai!
The newly renovated kitchen of this top-notch condominium has quartz counter tops, beautiful wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with high quality kitchenware and amenities.

Kahana Village resort features a 40-foot round heated beachfront swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and four gas BBQ grills for the use of our guests. This is the perfect place for pupus and mai tais before dinner! Additionally, beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, a large cooler and more are provided in the unit for guests’ use. DVD players, cable TV service, high speed internet, and unlimited private parking are all free!
