You'll be only 3 blocks away from Los Muertos Beach, Mantamar Beach Club, the Malecon (Puerto Vallarta's la Rambla) and dozens of restaurants serving delicious food from gourmet to local specialties. There are also many Art Galleries and Boutiques for your browsing pleasure. There are no hills to climb and you'll have access to the rooftop infinity pool with city views!
This is a beautiful and spacious condo, distinguished by exquisite decoration, mostly local artists, with gorgeous mountain views from both private balconies.
The master bedroom layout is extremely spacious. It features a comfortable king size bed, a large flat screen TV, and ottoman. There is an ensuite bathroom and oversized walk-in closet (includes a safe). It has a private balcony to enjoy the lush greenery that compliments the view of the city skyline.
The guest bedroom is complete with a full size bed, and custom built cabinetry for storage, along with a safe. It is located right across the hall from the guest bathroom for your convenience. There is also a closet across the hall for additional storage.
Bathrooms... The marble counters and natural wood cupboards give the bathrooms a luxury spa feel. Both bathrooms have rain shower heads and are fully stocked with quality bath and beach towels.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, blender, wine fridge, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Dine inside at the breakfast bar or outside on the private patio
LIVING ROOM
The living room has a flat screen for entertainment and 2 comfortable sofas, one for additional sleeping capacity. The open space is combined with the modern kitchen and large patio with mountain and street views.
COMMON AREAS
The rooftop amenities include a sunbathing area and infinity pool, a barbecue grill and sink, a small dining area, a shower and a toilet. It is easily accessed by the elevator just outside your front door.

There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.
