The ground level offers an easily accessible suite complete with king bed and full bathroom, TV, and access to the carport and the homes' plush amenities. The fully stocked accompanying kitchenette has a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and dining area. A newly added queen master bedroom with a convenient, separate entry, half bath, TV, and minifridge is also found on the ground level. All three levels of the home feature electronic keyless entry locks.
The first level has four bedrooms and four full baths. Two of the bedrooms open onto a shaded deck with hot tub that also has access to a screened porch with comfortable seating. Upstairs has one full bath, plus an open kitchen and great room with several dining arrangements. The spacious kitchen can accommodate several cooks at once. Just off the great room is a game room with foosball table, seating area and TV. The top level deck is the perfect place for a cool beverage and conversation at the end of a relaxing beach day.
New for 2023: On the ground level, enjoy the convenience of a newly added queen master bedroom with a convenient, separate entry, half bath, TV, and minifridge. On the second level, a new TV and minifridge has been added to the queen master suite, creating the perfect place to get away and relax after a day in the sun. On the same level, a twin bunk bed has been put into the pyramid bunk master. Make this the kids' room and they can enjoy a place to themselves while you sleep soundly across the hall. Kaba Locks have been added to all three levels, adding peace of mind to your stay.
New for 2022: Exciting renovations are coming this season! There will be a brand new ground level, in-law suite boasting a complete master bedroom and full master bath, television, and a kitchenette with countertop, refrigerator, sink, microwave, and stocked cabinets. The accompanying dining table and chairs will provide a restful spot to enjoy a meal or cup of coffee or tea. This new private getaway will be easily accessible from the carport and the home's other amenities. The first level will offer three master suites with new private full bathrooms, and the twin bunks will be replaced with a queen bed. One bunk room will remain.
