Roadrunner Alley is a 1600 square foot ranch style home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Setting at the end of a quiet cal-de-sac, this home has an open concept kitchen, living and dining room. This will be your home away from home! The seating area can be arranged for TV viewing and/or conversation area. The master bedroom features a king bed with an on suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. The hall bath has a tub/shower combination. This home is both child and pet friendly. Your 4 legged family members will enjoy the fully fenced back yard while you relax by the fire pit or enjoy a meal outside. We have installed a sun sail and bird feeders for your bird watching enjoyment, (roadrunners, Cooper hawks, Gila woodpeckers, cactus wren, Curved billed Thresher and humming birds to name a few!) You might even see other wild life such as coyotes and javelinas. With the dark sky ordinances you will enjoy star gazing from the patio! You will have easy access to golfing at Arizona National Golf Course, hiking at Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Park East or Colossal Cave, and bike riding. It is a short drive to Mount Lemmon for winter sports or hiking. To add to all of this you will be only 2 miles to the nearest grocery store and several local restaurants. Down town and the University of Arizona are about a 35 min drive where you will find a wide selection of entertainment!
