This beautiful home has Moroccan doors, multiple fireplaces, an incredible kitchen, unique fireplace, stainless steel and black appliances, gas stove, granite counter with back splash.
Stunning master bedroom has huge walk-in closet, fireplace, solar tube skylight. Bathrooms have been remodeled, vessel sink, jetted tubs.

Over half acre, has fabulous yard with covered patio, tennis court, fireplace, double BBQs, 3 car garage and more! Within walking distance to schools.
Pool Size: It has a surface area of 520 sq ft, is 34' long and the width varies from about 21' and 16'-6". The depth is 5' at the deepest and 3'-6" and 4' at the ends.
We require a completed application with all guest names and copies of identification/driver's license for all guests over 18 years of age.

Summary: I was in town with a small group of guys playing in the USTA National Championship, so I wanted a central location, easy access to restaurants and markets, and a tennis court. I also wanted a comfortable space for the group to gather for meals, outdoor grilling, and comfortable sleeping accomodations. This property fulfilled all of those needs and then some. The furnishings were comfort. Bedding was well appointed. There were plenty of starter amenities (TP, paper towels, etc.), towels, extra linens and kitchen supplies. The property manager was incredible. He was there for every question, request, and made the check in process seamless.The tennis court was a massive high point if you are interested in playing tennis. The court was huge and the lights were excellent. The net was practically new. My one suggestion would be to do a resurface on the court itself. The type of court at the house can bubble and ripple in places. But for our purposes, it was not a big deal. I could continue to rave, but in short, for the quality, comfort, amenities, service, price and location, this property was a hit!
