Welcome to Casa Matos! We have a two story condo with three generous sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining area, breakfast bar, a large gorgeous kitchen complete with a massive walk-in closet to allow everyone to organize their things during their stay.
Location is everything here. You are right off Central Avenue, a main street with restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store. We are also steps away from the bus stop, a bar, and relatively close distance to the train.
The space
Please note: this is already disclosed and listed but we have a camera outside in both the front and back of the home and inside the lobby. All cameras are visible and there for your security and the security of the home.
Spacious 3 bedroom renovated apartment with TWO living rooms and a pull-out couch with a queen sized bed serving as the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day out. Space is equipped with thoughtful details throughout the entire apartment as was decorated with high end furnishings from West Elm, Anthropologie and Crate and Barrel. Bedrooms feature plush bedding, bamboo pillows, and nightstands with USB ports for convenient charging. Rooms feature wooden blinds and room darkening curtains.
The home comes with two Samsung TVs. The first is in the primary bedroom and has a 55” tv paired with Apple TV for your convenience.
The second is a 65” in the main family room with a s smart hub for you to enjoy Netflix, Hulu and TV plus.
The kitchen is a gorgeous and remodeled space featuring a gas range, stainless steel refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher and in cabinet microwave. You can also find tasteful tableware, a cocktail shaker, wine glasses and all the cooking pots and pans/utensils you’ll need if you want a break from eating out.
The bathrooms both feature walk-in showers, fresh towels and bathrobes to make you feel like you are staying at a boutique hotel.
