The Villa Luciana towers high above the exclusive residential area "Eden Rock", only a few minutes drive from the famous sandy beaches of Chia. The white house with a spacious natural garden is visible from afar. The space for it has been torn from the pink rock. The panoramic view from the villa over the elongated pine forest of "Santa Margherita" with the sea behind it is beautiful, the contrast between the fresh green of the Mediterranean pine and the deep blue Mediterranean is as if painted. You can enjoy all of this on the long, partly covered terrace of the villa. From here there is direct access to the small but well-organized kitchen and the bright, friendly living room with a central fireplace. This is enlarged by an open adjoining room with a sofa bed. Two double rooms, one with a sea view, a single room and two bathrooms can be reached via a small hallway. The entire ambience of the villa is kept bright and friendly, here and there antique pieces of furniture are effectively integrated.
