Positive: Excellent location with a beautiful garden and very clean rooms. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay, even resolving a small breakfast misunderstanding quickly and warmly.
Negative: The only minor point is that the ground floor room can feel a bit cool with a slight smell of dampness, but overall the experience was truly enjoyable.
